BEETROOT, CARROT, SPINACH AND ORANGE JUICE

Ingredients

  • 1 medium/large Beetroot Peeled, Roughly Chopped
  • 2 medium Carrots Washed, Peeled
  • 150 g Fresh Spinach
  • 2 medium Oranges Peeled

Instructions

  • To make each juice place the ingredients in the juicer (not the lemon and lime juice) and make the recipes. Add the lemon and lime juice into the first 2 recipes. Enjoy chilled. Keep leftovers refrigerated in jars/bottles for up to 2 days.

Notes

  • Preparation: Peel the beetroot and oranges but only rinse the other fruits and vegetables (no need to peel them).
  • Adjust the recommended amounts according to preference. Use more fennel, lime and lemon juice for example.
  • Use sweet apples or a mixture of sweet and sour apples (I used 1 of each). 
  • Best served chilled.
  • Storing: Store leftover juice in a jar or bottle and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
